Happy 2016!! For Stereotype Co. the new year has brought great recognition early on. SILive.com featured an article about Paul Marz's latest release, "16s For Dummies". The song 'North to South', featuring fellow Staten Islander Tyrone Briggs, delivers a vivid portrayal of the island from one end to the other.
Co-founder of Stereotype Co., David Nudelman, was chosen as Staten Islander of the Week by NY1 for continuously motivating others to follow their dreams. With the "Don't Stop Dreaming" mantra, Stereotype Co. has reached and inspired thousands of "dreamers." (*Dreamers: individuals taking action to make their dreams a reality.)
In his latest collab with fellow Egyptians, Tamer W Michael, in the video for "Coming Back From Hell," an evil force continually attempts to lure the main characters, Tamer and Michael, into harms way. The Angel readily deflects the demon's bad intentions, all the while protecting them and keeping them on the right path.
When asked why he felt it was crucial that he do this video Paul Marz said, "I wanted to reach out to my Egyptian fans. It was a way for me to connect back with my roots through my Arabic speaking audience."
He also shared that, "This song is significant in that it brings us face to face with the reality that Rap is a global thing. Even though there is a language barrier, English /Arabic, it just goes to show how Hip Hop is uniting cultures around the world!"
In only 5 days, this video has received nearly 13,000 views on YouTube and over 51,000 views on Facebook since its premiere on Sunday!!
Paul Marz concluded with this, "I can't express enough how thankful I am for all the love and support that this video has gotten already!"

Paul Marz returns paying homage with his latest track "Egyptian Knights" re-capping events that took place during the Egyptian revolution in Summer 2013, where millions of Egyptians united in the streets to protest the actions of the Muslim Brotherhood.
Much respect to the millions of people who were a part of this event, for everything they have sacrificed and for those who lost their lives. A special thanks to the reporters who risked their lives to capture and share this important footage.
